Tips for sane living

1. Models who were born the year you graduated high school may be hazardous to your health.
2. Following up 35 mile bike rides with an accelerated protein eating strategy may not be good for you either.
3. Work meetings late in the day can mess with your head, especially when they're about projects that are fundamentally flawed.
4. Going out with friends and making eye contact and befriending your extremely pregnant waitress obliges you to leave a hefty tip.
5. Leaving comments on your local newspaper's website isn't a very productive use of your work time. Neither is using Photoshop.
6. Coffee in the morning is a good thing.
7. Tension headaches can't be helped by excessive caffeine ingestion, however.
8. Crazy 8.
9. Number 9.
10. The number of high energy statements one can make is inversely proportional to the number of difficult projects one is working on.

Anyone born the year I graduated high school is likely to be bad for my blood pressure, if not my health in general. And thank you so much for making me stop to think how old they are...they can vote! :P

I beg to differ with #5 and #7.

To #2 I say: More cookies!

And always, always leave a hefty tip. Always.
